Genesis Consulting LLC began as a small, local, firm.

Kim Varner Brooks, President/CEO, spent 11 years as a Management and Business professional before deciding to start her own company with Genesis Consulting. Kim had long been known for her ability to pinpoint - with laser focus - points of breakdown or inefficiency within a business or organization and then develop short and long-range solutions to those problems, as well as the exact formula for the implementation of those solutions. This resulted in Kim having a local reputation as a business efficiency and turnaround expert.

In 2006, Kim decided to put those skills to use for herself - in her own firm - and so began Genesis Consulting.

Since then and today, Kim uses her skills, background and experience in the process and performance areas below to help small and large businesses (brick and mortar or online) improve productivity and most importantly...dramatically increase customer volume, satisfaction and revenue.

In early 2010, Kim's husband Keith Brooks - a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - joined her in Genesis Consulting as Vice-President/Chief Software Engineer & Developer. Keith's full-time addition to the company greatly increased the range of services able to be offered.
